Drew started building in 1985 with a hand saw, a tool belt, and a simple premise: a house is only as good as the frame underneath.

Over four decades, he has guided Meridian Build from a two-man crew into a full-scale custom home operation. He still spends three days a week on-site, checking studs and double-checking joints. If it isn't plumb, Drew will have it torn down and rebuilt before the concrete cures.
