Reese is our boots-on-the-ground general contractor. He leads the framing crew and translates architectural blueprints into solid wood structures.

Known for his work ethic and problem-solving, Reese has spent his entire career in residential construction. He believes in hands-on work and mentors our apprentice carpenters on-site.
